Karen Berger Cigars Debuts Nicaraguan Puro and Halftime

The first Nicaraguan puro in Karen Berger Cigars’ history, Ixtelli reportedly takes its name from an old word once used to describe today’s Esteli region. Using a Habano Criollo wrapper, Habano binder grown in Jalapa and filler tobaccos all grown on Berger’s Nicaraguan farm, Ixtelli debuts in the Toro (6 x 52) vitola. Packed in 20-count boxes, Ixtelli has a MSRP of $14.50.

Made from an Ecuadorian Maduro wrapper, Indonesian Sumatra binder and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos, the all-new Halftime by Karen Berger Time Out is a short cigar with a wide girth (4 x 60). Packed in 50-count boxes, Halftime by Karen Berger has an MSRP of $7 per cigar. Just 200 of the 50-count boxes have been made for a total of 10,000 cigars in the initial release.
