Fratello Cigars Announces Louisiana Exclusive The Pelican

Fratello Cigars is pleased to announce the launch of The Pelican. The Pelican will make its debut January 2023 at PF Importers, the cigar distribution owned by NBA Hall of Famer and Cigar Aficionado Karl Malone.

“The Pelican was conceived in a meeting we at Fratello had with Karl Malone and his team in the Dominican Republic. We were trying to tell the story of how Andullo tobacco and its fermentation technique had so much in common with perique tobacco and The Pelican was born” Said de Frias.

The Pelican will debut in a 20 count 5 ½ x 54 format, with a suggested retail of $10.50 per cigar. Produced at the La Aurora factory in the Dominican Republic initial production is set to 5,000 cigars.
