CSWC in North Macedonia

In 2022 North Macedonia produced two slow smoking champions, for reasons beyond speculations. The national one was Bosko Sinonoviski and the regional one was Nikola Popovski, both performing close to the two-hour mark. This year none of them were to be found in the top three, although the latter was close when he came in at basically the same time as last year. 1 hour 50 minutes and 15 seconds was merely 14 seconds better than his winning time in 2022, but this time it wasn’t enough.

The North Macedonian qualifier was postponed for more than three months, again for reasons beyond speculations, and they almost didn’t make it. Just four days before the grand final the competition was held in Skopje, and at 1 hour 59 minutes and 3 seconds the winner was Kliment Srbinoski, followed by Ivan Lukarevski and Slavco Angelovski. They all finished within seven minutes.

  1. Kliment Srbinoski 1:59:03
  2. Ivan Lukarevski 1:53:53
  3. Slavco Angelovski 1:52:18
