On Monday at the PCA Expo in Las Vegas, brothers Jose and Nestor Plasencia are both smiling ear-to-ear and are buzzing about the booth because they have just been awarded the PCA Expo’s ‘Best Medium-Sized Booth’.
The presentation attracted quite a crowd, and after a glance at the Plasencia “pavilion”, it looks as the though it could have almost been a contender in the Large category. It is an elegant beast of a display, complete with a lovely, very well illuminated floral theme.
New for 2024 is the Cosecha 149, a beautiful, dark and oily Honduran puro that is a a full-bodied, medium- to full-strength cigar. The 149 commemorates the one hundred and forty-ninth crop produced by the Plasencia family way back in 2014, indicating that the smoke is a well-aged treat.
