Elie Bleu Sponsors the CSWC

Elie Bleu is the latest addition to the list of sponsors for the Cigar Smoking World Championship. The French company creates luxury cigar accessories and has been around for 45 years. CSWC founder Marko Bilic is of course very excited about the partnership.

“This partnership marks the aspiration of CSWC to achieve true excellence within our community,” he says. “With this collaboration, we aim to reward the best in the world of slow smoking with the best. Elie Bleu can be found in the presidential offices of many world leaders, and now, it will grace the possession of CSWC champions.”

“Sponsoring the CSWC is our tribute to the dedication, skill, and camaraderie of cigar aficionados worldwide,” Oscar Fuchs, Business Development Manager of Elie Bleu, says on the CSWC website. “It’s about celebrating the art of cigar smoking and honoring those who appreciate its craftsmanship and traditions.”

Elie Bleu will contribute with a cigar holder shaped like a royal palace to this year’s slow smoking world champion. The main sponsor, Rocky Patel, does something similar. Besides accessories like limited ashtrays and lighters for the national qualification winners, he will bestow upon the world champion a cigar holder crafted from supple camel leather, with a lighter and cutter to match.

Cuervo y Sobrinos will also contribute with a cigar holder and cutter, Les Fines Flames’ joins in with the Le Petit cigar knife, this time in a yellow edition, as well as a cigar puncher bracelet and an ashtray, and Boveda gives away starting kits for humidors.

Finally, the world champion will also win a three-day ticket to InterTabac and a year’s subscription to Cigar Journal.
