The cigar had impressed the magazine\u2019s global tasting panel, earning a notable 93 points and stirring early interest among those who caught wind of the rating.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">The timing hardly have been better for the cigar\u2019s Canadian debut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">In early March, the Soga de Oro (available in Maduro &amp; Sumatra) arrived in the market via distributor Tabac Arsenal with a launch event at The Smokin\u2019 Cigar in Toronto, where more than 80 attendees gathered to sample the newly praised release.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">The event also marked the beginning of a Canadian tour for Christopher Mey, global sales director for Esteban Carreras.
