Together, these works have refined a new genre \u2014 that of cigar literature \u2014 which celebrates cigars not merely as products, but as vessels of culture, tradition, craftsmanship, and community.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEducation and storytelling are two of the most powerful tools we have in advocacy to preserve and advance cigar culture and industry,\u201d said Joshua Habursky, CEO of the Premium Cigar Association. \u201cThrough Nick\u2019s extraordinary narrative voice and the PCA\u2019s deep engagement with our members, this project will elevate our collective appreciation of what cigars represent in America and the world\u2014 artistry, heritage, and human connection. This is not just a book; it\u2019s part of our educational mission to inform, inspire, and strengthen the industry for generations to come.\u201d<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Spanning sixteen chapters and an introduction, the book will take readers on an evocative journey across the United States and cigar-producing nations \u2014 from historic cigar heartlands to contemporary lounges that embody the heritage and the modern renaissance of premium tobacco. Each chapter will feature a PCA member \u2014 from manufacturers and retailers to industry innovators \u2014 highlighting their local culture, community, and contribution to the broader tapestry of cigar life in America.<\/p>\n<p>The narrative will blend travel writing, cultural reflection, and personal storytelling, painting a portrait of the people and places that keep the cigar tradition alive. The book\u2019s final chapter will culminate at the 2026 PCA Trade Show in New Orleans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI can\u2019t tell you how proud I am to have been asked to work with the PCA on this new Around The World project,\u201d said Nick Hammond. \u201cAmerica is the beating heart of the cigar world \u2014 diverse, passionate, and deeply rooted in tobacco history. This book will celebrate that history and the people who have made it extraordinary.
