On October 8th, 2025, La Casa del Habano Nottingham\u00a0officially opened its doors, marking a proud moment for the city and for cigar enthusiasts across the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n
The evening was one of pure elegance and celebration. Guests arrived to find a vintage Rolls Royce\u00a0parked outside, setting a tone of timeless luxury. Inside, Pommery Champagne\u00a0flowed freely as guests were welcomed into an atmosphere that combined Cuban warmth with British refinement.<\/p>\n
Throughout the night, guests enjoyed an exceptional selection of cigars including the Bol\u00edvar Petit Corona, the rare La Casa del Habano Partag\u00e1s Culebras, and the Hoyo de Monterrey Petit Robusto. A few of the honoured guests also experienced the legendary Cohiba Behike 54. Each cigar was paired with fine whisky, champagne, and Cuban cocktails, creating a celebration of flavour and tradition.<\/p>\n
The new location is owned\u00a0by a family dedicated \u00a0for decades to the world of\u00a0Habanos. In his speech, Mr. Samra, founder of The House of Holmes\u00a0and custodian of La Casa del Habano Nottingham, reflected on the family journey.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur story began when we took over Nottingham\u2019s historic tobacconist Josiah Browns in 2006. We have continued to grow through dedication, passion, and community. Today, becoming the official La Casa del Habano for Nottingham is the proudest moment in our family\u2019s history.\u201d<\/p>\n
