{"id":73444,"date":"2025-09-24T10:11:02","date_gmt":"2025-09-24T08:11:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cigarjournal.com\/?p=73444"},"modified":"2025-09-24T10:11:02","modified_gmt":"2025-09-24T08:11:02","slug":"no-unicorns-but-tor-imports-still-drew-crowds-at-intertabac-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cigarjournal.com\/de\/no-unicorns-but-tor-imports-still-drew-crowds-at-intertabac-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"No Unicorns, but Tor Imports Still Drew Crowds at InterTabac 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The UK company\u2019s Charatan London line goes from strength to strength after its launch at last year\u2019s European trade show (which is also where the aforementioned 10-foot unicorn mascot last put in an appearance).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There has been a subtle change to the look and feel of the packaging, and the fact that the cigars are now available in overseas markets such as Austria, Germany and Hong Kong proves there is an appetite for the smooth, balanced cigars which come also flavoured with a nostalgic whiff of London \u2013 one of the greatest and most historic cities on the planet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A previous cigar, the 160<sup>th<\/sup> Anniversary, was once launched as a Limited Edition, but is now being brought out of retirement and an innovative new six-pack sampler is being prepared as an Christmas\/birthday gift par excellence. The new mini box will contain six robusto-sized cigars illustrating the core Tor Imports Range.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Topping the lot though was the Cigar Journal Trophy Awards, where Tor Imports owner, Scott Vines scooped this year\u2019s Charity and Community award, presented, appropriately enough, by his friend and fellow fundraiser (and long-time Cigar Journal contributor, Nick Hammond.
