As one of Fratello&#8217;s top-selling and highest-rated brands, we wanted to deliver a new vitola that enhances the incredible flavors our fans have come to expect,\u201d said Omar de Frias, founder of Fratello Cigars.<\/p>\n<p>The MSRP for the Arlequin Edizione Di Carnevale is $13.50 per cigar, and it is manufactured at Joya de Nicaragua in Estel\u00ed.
