Hoyo de Monterrey is following up on the success of Rojo and Oscuro with a third offering in its revitalized core lineup. The new smoke, called Hoyo de Monterrey Shade, features a Honduran Shade wrapper above Honduran binder and filler tobacco. This Honduran Puro was crafted by expert artisans at the famous HATSA factory in Danl\u00ed, Honduras.<\/p>\n
Hoyo de Monterrey Shade comes in three sizes: a 4.5 X 50 Rothschild, a 6 X 52 Toro, and a 6 X 60 Gigante<\/p>\n
Scott Abney, Band Manager for Hoyo de Monterrey, said, \u201cHoyo Shade is the perfect follow-up to last year\u2019s releases, Rojo and Oscuro. Given Hoyo\u2019s reputation for crafting excellent shade cigars, we knew we had to set a high standard for Shade, and I\u2019m pleased to say we\u2019ve met it. Add to all of that a more-than-approachable price point, and I\u2019m confident that Hoyo Shade will quickly become a fan favorite.<\/p>\n
Hoyo Shade will begin shipping June 2, 2025. All sizes are sold in boxes of ten. SRP per cigar ranges from $5.99 to $8.49. The box and band art match the style of last year\u2019s releases from Hoyo de Monterrey, Rojo and Oscuro.<\/p>\n
