Cavalier Gen\u00e8ve Cigars has announced the release of a brand-new line, Project Broadleaf, debuting at PCA 2025. The company will also showcase its Limited Edition 2025 (LE2025) at the tradeshow, where pre-orders will officially open.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Project Broadleaf: A Bold New Core Line\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Project Broadleaf introduces a unique approach to Cavalier\u2019s portfolio. Due to the challenges of sourcing Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper, this new core line will be released in four unique releases per year, each featuring a distinct size and blend variation centered around the CT Broadleaf wrapper.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

First Release: Project Broadleaf Skywalker (6×48 Parejo, 50-Count Cabinets)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The inaugural release, Skywalker, will be offered in 50-count cabinets, with only 100 boxes produced annually. Of these, 75 boxes will be available on a first-come, first-served basis at PCA 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper used in these cigars has undergone fermentation for 3 to 3.5 years, and an additional year of resting in bales between fermentation stages.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Project Broadleaf Skywalker will ship immediately after PCA to the select retailers able to secure them during the show.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Second Release: Project Broadleaf Boartamer (5.25×52, 10-Count Aluminium Foil Packs)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The second installment, Boartamer, will be presented in 10 count metallic foil bundles. A total of 500 bundles will be made available globally, with pre-orders opening at PCA. Shipping is expected between early and mid-June 2025.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The details regarding the third and fourth releases under Project Broadleaf for 2025 remain undisclosed at this time. However, all four releases will become annual offerings, with potential tweaks to their blends over time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Limited Edition 2025 (LE2025) \u2013 Pre-Release & Pre-Orders\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Alongside Project Broadleaf, Cavalier Gen\u00e8ve Cigars will also unveil a pre-release version of the LE2025 at PCA, with pre-orders opening during the show.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The LE2025 will be available in a single size: 6.25×50 Parejo, featuring a closed foot and pigtail cap. As with the previous years\u2019 Cavalier Limited Editions, the blend remains undisclosed and will never be re-released.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A total of 1,948 boxes of 10 cigars have been produced:
