Newman is introducing the Diamond Crown 130th Anniversary Humidor at the Premium Cigar Association Trade Show in New Orleans this weekend.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>This luxurious humidor is handcrafted with a glossy white piano finish, gold accents, and custom diamond-shaped hardware.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Each humidor contains five trays with 130 rare Diamond Crown Belicoso No. 9 cigars.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>J.C. Newman is releasing a total 130 humidors with a suggested retail price of $2,250.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">\u201cDiamond Crown is our family\u2019s anniversary cigar,\u201d said fourth-generation owner Drew Newman.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cMy great-grandfather created Diamond Crown more than a century ago.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>In 1995, my grandfather Stanford J. Newman and Carlos Fuente, Jr. created <span class=\"s3\">Diamond Crown Classic<\/span> to celebrate our company\u2019s 100th anniversary.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It is only fitting that we celebrate our latest milestone with our Diamond Crown 130th Anniversary humidor.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">When J.C. Newman founded his company in 1895, there were 40,000 licensed cigar manufacturers in the United States.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Today, J.C. Newman said, \u201cI didn\u2019t care how long it took, how much it cost, or even whether it would sell.
