The new qualification round will be an addition to the one in Kuala Lumpur, and it will be held at the Hilton hotel in the city of Kota Kinabalu, giving the slow smokers of Southeast Asia another chance to make it to the grand final in Croatia later this year.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The man behind the expansion is, unexpectedly, Hazely Harun of Trinidad Cigar Company.
