Together with César Gadea, head of the international markets, Jorge Luis and Alfonso Padrón, Jorge’s son and nephew respectively, both grandsons of José Orlando Padrón, they have taken over the stand at the show to present the commemorative cigar for the brand’s 60th anniversary. A cigar that has already started to be distributed in the United States, with enormous success, but for which they have reserved enough boxes to supply international markets.

Padrón 60th Anniversary is a limited edition, Salomón size, doble figurado with a ring gauge of 56, in the thickest part, and 48 in the thinnest, and 165 mm long. It is an intense, full-bodied cigar, made only by a unique couple of master rollers in the factory. For the blend, the Padrón family has used their most aged, most selected tobacco from the warehouse. Sold in boxes of ten, each cigar comes in its own individual cedar box. The recommended retail price in the United States is $75.00 per cigar. In addition, to celebrate the 60th anniversary, Padrón is launching their own line of luxury lighters, in collaboration with the prestigious French brand ST Dupont.

This year, Jorge Padrón was unable to attend Intertabac 2024 and has delegated the representation of the brand to the next generation of the family, which is already here.

[49,55,2812,3042,44
1158
