At this year\u2019s InterTabac show, he is in a bigger booth than last year \u2013 \u201cby a few square feet,\u201d he laughs \u2013 and his cigars are now being sold in a few more territories, too.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLittle by little, step by step,\u201d he says over a cigar and a glass of rum. \u201cThis is the only way to do it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Those little steps include new markets in Serbia and cigar outposts in Kenya. And also includes introducing some value cigarillo brands which help produce volume.
