The 64 guests were treated to slow grilled pork neck and four cigars; Brick House Double Connecticut Robusto, Brick House Toro Maduro and Perla del Mar Corojo Corona Gorda from JC Newman and Cosecha 149 Robusto from Plasencia Cigars.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne of the guests was Aldo Puncioni of the JC Newman Cigar Company,\u201d Andr\u00e9 Veiby, manager at Augusto Cigars, says. \u201cHe gave a talk about JC Newman and told his wonderful stories, like only Aldo can. Much to the delight of the guests.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>One of the big highlights of the evening was the raffle, with prizes from Xikar, Adorini, Passatore, Glenfiddich, JC Newman and Crowned Heads.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe community around Augusto has always been important and this evening we strengthened that,\u201d Veiby says. \u201cDespite strict rules from the government severely limiting our ability to share information, this became the largest cigar event in Oslo and further strengthened the cigar environment in Norway.\u201d<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>He concludes by saying Augusto will continue to offer Norwegians premium cigars, despite increasing opposition from the authorities.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cSales have never been better for Augusto Cigars. The community is stronger than ever and the Norwegian market is looking for more cigars.
