Like last year, the Latvian from Riga Cigar Club won the Estonian Cigar Smoking World Championship qualifier, making him the 2023 Baltic Champion.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">50 competitors gathered at a restaurant in Tallinn, creating an electrifying atmosphere, and in the end the win was quite comfortable.
