And just like last year the winner of the first round ended up second in total, and that\u2019s after setting a new Slovakian record. In competition with 19 others last year\u2019s runner-up in Ko\u0161ice, Richard Tlu\u010dko, managed to keep his cigar burning for 2 hours 16 minutes and 6 seconds.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">That only lasted a week, though. In Bratislava Peter Novysedl\u00e1k beat Tlu\u010dko\u2019s time by a mere three minutes when he became the national champion for the second time.
