These exceptional blends serve as a heartfelt tribute to the lasting influence and cherished memories of Nicholas Melillo&#8217;s grandfathers, whose passion for tobacco kindled his own.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The &#8222;Charter Oak Pegnataro and Pasquale&#8220; cigars embody the commitment to excellence and artistry that define Foundation Cigar Company. Crafted by Nicholas Melillo, Founder and Master Blender, these cigars pay homage to the unwavering spirit and timeless wisdom passed down by his grandfathers. They also serve to pay tribute the opening of Foundation\u2019s new office on a 300-acre farm in the heart of the Connecticut River Valley tobacco growing region.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s2\">\u201cMy love for handmade cigars exists only because of my grandfather\u2019s. One was an avid CT Broadleaf smoker and the other loved CT shade. These blends are completely different than the core line of Charter Oak. They are richer and more complex.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In contrast, Charter Oak CT Shade Pegnataro features a golden-brown Connecticut Shade wrapper, exuding elegance and refinement. Despite its milder profile.<\/span><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201cThe Charter Oak core line would have been their everyday cigar and these new blends would be for the weekend or a special occasion.&#8220; shared Nicholas Melillo. \u201cThese blends are deeply personal to me, as they honor the legacies of my grandfathers. Cigars will retail at $13.00 per cigar and $156 per 12 count boxes.
