The name is after Tiago Splitter, co-founder and partner of Luciano Cigars. Besides being a tobacconist actively involved in all operations of Luciano Cigars USA., Splitter is also known as an Assistant coach for the Brooklyn Nets, and his highly successful NBA career with 2014 Champions, the San Antonio Spurs.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The highly-rated blends of the cigars will remain the same, along with the packaging and logo \u2013 though now with a T. The &#8218;Reserva Familiar&#8216; line, however, is now rebranded into &#8218;Familia Escogida,&#8216; which translates to Chosen Family.
