{"id":56605,"date":"2022-07-04T11:34:09","date_gmt":"2022-07-04T09:34:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cigarjournal.com\/?p=56605"},"modified":"2022-07-04T11:34:09","modified_gmt":"2022-07-04T09:34:09","slug":"smoke-at-the-creek-cigar-festival-to-release-small-batch-whiskey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cigarjournal.com\/de\/smoke-at-the-creek-cigar-festival-to-release-small-batch-whiskey\/","title":{"rendered":"Smoke At The Creek Cigar Festival to Release Small Batch Whiskey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hosted by the Boutique Cigar Association of America (BCAA), the event from 12-13 August at Cedar Creek Winery, Distillery, and Brewery in Martinsville Indiana, USA, will bring together over 30 boutique cigar manufacturers for an event complete with VIP welcome night, live music, wine, bourbon, and rum tastings, and of course plenty of cigars.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are extremely excited for the 2nd annual Boutique Cigar Festival,\u201d BCAA President said Armen Caprielian of DAV Cigars. \u201cAfter the first one being such a success there&#8217;s a certain buzz in the air like never before.\u00a0 We never lose sight of the BCAA&#8217;s mission of supporting family-owned boutique cigar companies.\u00a0 The festival symbolizes that and in the midst of it all we get to enjoy a fabulous time with fellow brothers and sisters of the leaf.\u00a0 It&#8217;s a type of camaraderie like no other.\u00a0 If you&#8217;re not at Smoke at the Creek you&#8217;re missing out!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The 2nd Annual Festival will be adding something very special this year, a limited edition single barrel five year aged whiskey made possible by venue partners the Cedar Creek Distillery. There will only be 250 bottles available for sale at the Festival, with each labelled with the Smoke at the Creek 2022 logo.<\/p>\n<p>Each year Smoke At The Creek plans on releasing a new batch of bourbon whiskey to commemorate the Festival. \u201cThe vision has been to build a community of connoisseurs that appreciate and have an affinity for boutique cigars and small batch spirits.
