{"id":41605,"date":"2021-07-06T10:55:34","date_gmt":"2021-07-06T08:55:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cigarjournal.com\/?p=41605"},"modified":"2021-07-09T17:58:06","modified_gmt":"2021-07-09T15:58:06","slug":"jre-adds-to-its-lines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cigarjournal.com\/de\/jre-adds-to-its-lines\/","title":{"rendered":"JRE adds to its lines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At this year\u2019s Premium Cigar Association, JRE Tobacco Company is adding extensions to three of its lines with new Honduran puros.<\/p>\n<p>JRE Tobacco is the family run company of father and son,\u00a0 Julio and Justo Eiroa, with its farm in the Jamastran area of Honduras.\u00a0 Julio has been farming his own land since the 70s.\u00a0 Mostly he has been known for his original seed Corojo from Cuba. But Julio also has been growing Habano and more recently Cameroon seed in Honduras.<\/p>\n<p>The most anticipated product this year is the release of the <strong>Aladino Elegante Lancero<\/strong>.\u00a0 Originally developed for one store\u2014Blue Smoke of Dallas\u2014last year, the company now is offering the popular cigar to all.\u00a0 The Aladino Elegante lancero is a 7 x 38 launching at the PCA. The cigar has a Cameroon-seed wrapper over Corojo filler and binder, all grown at JRE\u2019s farm in Jamastran, Honduras.\u00a0 The price for the lancero will be USD 8.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the Cameroon Lancero, the popular <strong>Aladino Vintage Selection<\/strong> series, which up until now was only available in the Rothschild size, now gets a lancero, and a 6 x 50 toro.\u00a0 The Vintage selection again uses Corojo filler and binder over a Habano wrapper all grown at the JRE farm.
