There are more than 4 million people affected, with 2.5 million people in need. Many communities continue to suffer from the devastating effect of the storms as well as COVID 19. All this has caused a state of calamity in many parts of the country.<\/p>\n<p>Oscar Valladares Tobacco\u00a0along with\u00a0Rocky Patel Premium Cigars,\u00a0Leaf by Oscar, Nova Cigars, and Cavalier Gen\u00e8ve\u00a0have taken the initiative to release a sampler box that they have named \u201cCigars For Hope\u201d. The samplers contain six cigars packed in a beautiful box, to raise funds to help with medicine, clothing, supplies and food to the affected communities, shelters, and hospitals.
