Alec Bradley Cigar Co. announced that they will be producing their proprietary \u2018Diamond\u2019 shape in the \u2018Cigar Aficionado\u2019 93- Rated Black Market Estel\u00cd blend. The Black Market Estel\u00cd Diamond will be a limited edition 6 \u00bc\u201d X 54 ring gauge extension to the line. Only 1500, sixteen-count boxes will be produced for global consumption in 2020.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Nica Puro Diamond Rough-Cut has been a hit with premium cigar enthusiasts every year since it was introduced,\u201d said Alec Bradley Director of Sales and Marketing, Jonathan Lipson. \u201cThe shape pays homage to (Alec Bradley Founder) Alan Rubin\u2019s triangular cigar \u2013 Trilogy. For 2020, we wanted change things up a bit and try diamond pressing the superb Black Market Estel\u00cd blend. The Black Market Estel\u00cd Diamond is sure to please palates globally!\u201d<\/p>\n

To bolster the blend, Alec Bradley needed to add an extra leaf of Ligero Habano from Nicaragua.<\/p>\n

The 1500 boxes of Black Market Estel\u00cd Diamond are on pre-sale now to tobacconists worldwide, with plans to ship in June. The medium to full bodied Diamond features a dark natural wrapper from Nicaragua, a double binder combination of Honduran and Nicaraguan leaves and fillers from Nicaragua. Black Market Estel\u00cd Diamonds are being presented in 16 count diamond shaped boxes and will retail in the US, before any applicable taxes, for $9.85 per cigar. Alec Bradley Black Market Esteli Diamond cigars are being produced at Plasencia Cigars Nicaragua.<\/p>\n
