Fidel\u2019s Cigar Lounge at The Palace of the Golden Horses hotel in Seri Kembangan, one of four new cigar lounges welcoming cigar lovers in KL, will be unveiled on Saturday 22nd of June with the official opening of the hotel\u2019s Truefitt &amp; Hill barbershop.<br \/>\nLocated next to the hotel\u2019s Polo Lounge, access to the cigar venue is through double doors of the renowned British barber. When the day\u2019s heat subsides, the venue\u2019s balcony offers an outdoor setting to puff away and if the humidity doesn\u2019t remind you that you\u2019re in the tropics, mature palm trees swaying gently in the breeze surely will.<br \/>\nShould the mood take you, the lounge\u2019s range of classical books provide a mix of light and heavy reading material, while history and political buffs will appreciate the long list of dignitaries who have stayed at the hotel including Fidel Castro in the 1990s.<\/p>\n<p>We built the cigar lounge as it is a good fit with Truefitt &amp; Hill, and links with Fidel Castro\u2019s stay with us,\u201d said Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew, Founder of Country Heights Holdings Berhad. \u201cWe are trying to amplify the hotel\u2019s history and tradition, and a cigar lounge linked to Fidel\u2019s visit is a great story.
