The Boca Raton store will be named Casa de Montecristo by Prime Cigar.<\/p>\n<p>Casa de Montecristo by Prime Cigar &amp; Whiskey Bar located in Miami will still be owned and operated by the founders of Prime Cigar through a license agreement.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCasa de Montecristo\u2019s acquisition of our Boca Raton location will take Prime Cigar &amp; Wine Bar to a new level of superior service, selection, and value for the enjoyment of our members and local adult consumers,\u201d says Ryan Leeds, Co-Owner of Prime Cigar &amp; Wine Bar.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, a naming rights agreement with Arizona-based Churchill\u2019s Fine Cigars will put the Casa de Montecristo name on premium cigar lounges in two Phoenix locations and one each in Tempe and Glendale.
