Xikar will introduce the VX2, the latest metal v-cut to join Xikar\u2019s cutter family. The VX2 is engineered to provide a deeper wedge notch than the company’s existing VX V-Cutter.<\/p>\n
The new VX2 V-Cut offers ergonomic, one \u2013handed operation utilizing the all new Secure-Lock system, requiring simultaneous pressure to both side release buttons, to ensure the spring loaded cutter remains secure when not in use. The precision engineered depth of the VX2 V-Cut is built to maximize draw without cutting too deep and breaching the cigar cap, causing the cigar to unravel. The inverted blade of this new v-cutter provides a 90\u00b0 cut angle, specifically engineered to cut deeper into large RG cigars while also being able to maintain the structural integrity of smaller RG cigar caps. The contoured back of the cutter’s body provides a cigar rest, if no other is at hand.<\/p>\n
