Marko Bilic, the president and founder of the official world championship in slow cigar smoking as well as Darren Cioffi, former world record holder, will be present at the event.<\/p>\n<p>The winner of the tournament will receive a Cuervo Y Sobrinos watch worth GBP 3,500.00 and gain place at the World Championship in Split, Croatia in the 1st week of September.
