They will be hitting retailer shelves in early April.<br \/>\nCrafted at Honduran American Tobacco S.A. in Danli, Honduras, these tiny Mini cigars measure just 4 1\/4 inches by 32 ring, yet the cigars feature the same aged Connecticut shade wrapper best known on the Vintage 1999 cigar brand.<br \/>\nRocky Patel, President and CEO of RPPC, describes the Minis as \u201cthe perfect mild smoke in under ten minutes.\u201d Nish Patel, Executive Vice President of RPPC, states that the Minis \u201cmaintain that creamy, buttery, \u2018nuttery\u2019 taste, just like the other 1999 shapes.\u201d<br \/>\nThe Vintage 1999 Minis come packaged in tins of ten small cigars retailing for $17 (or $1.70 per cigar).<br \/>\nRocky Patel released the Vintage 1999 brand onto the market in 2006. It was lauded for being the oldest true Connecticut shade wrapper used on any mild cigar.
