In the digital age, most cigar retailers are looking to build or improve their eCommerce offer. However one South-East Asian cigar retail operation has done the opposite. Cigar Malaysia, owned and operated by British ex-pat Abdullah for close to three years, recently opened the doors to its first brick and mortar shop in Glo Damansara Mall, Kuala Lumpur.<\/p>\n
\u201cAfter establishing ourselves as the number one cigar website in Malaysia we wanted to take it to the next level; having a physical store allows our customers to see, touch, and smell the cigars as well as buy them! \u201c said Abdullah. \u201cWe’ve managed to maintain the same low online prices that have made us famous and we aim to always be the lowest price cigar retailer in Malaysia.\u201d<\/p>\n
The new shop features a walk-in humidor, a large range of Cuban and non-Cuban cigars, and a large selection of cigar accessories. It is open 7 days a week, from 10am-10pm. Although the shop doesn\u2019t have a lounge, Cigar Malaysia plans on hosting cigar evenings at restaurants within the mall.<\/p>\n
