The winner will have the right to participate in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cigarjournal.com\/global-gathering-the-5th-cigar-smoking-world-championship-in-split\/\">CSWC final in Split, Croatia<\/a> in September 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Marko Bilic inventor of the international event will be present as judge.
