China Is Now the Largest Market for Habanos S.A.

Corporación Habanos, S.A. announced a revenue of USD 507 million for the year 2020 fiscal year, a drop of 4 percent compared to the previous year. China is now the largest market for Habanos S.A. by revenue.

 The top five markets in terms of sales volume in 2020 have been China, Spain, France, Germany and Switzerland. For the first time in history, China has become the No. 1 market for Habanos.

By regions, Europe remains Habanos’ main market, with 60 % of sales volume, followed by the Asia Pacific (16, 2%), America (13.6%), and Africa and the Middle East (10.4%).
